Internal Requisitions in AutoCreate form

We use internal reqs/sales orders.  Most work great but we missed a few items when setting up the sourcing rules/assignments.  Now we have some internal requisitions "stuck" in AutoCreate.  Can these be re-processed somehow?  The item assignment is now set and the Create Internal Order is running but the reqs remain in the req pool.  Do I have to Return the Req?  These come automatically from planning, when you return the req where does it go...just back to the user to resubmit as with purchase reqs?  When are using ASCP and are on 12.1.3.  Thanks for any insight.
