Having issues while installing/ Upgrading 11.2.0.3

I am having issue while upgrading GI home from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3. Having problem while running runcluvfy below command.

runcluvfy.sh stage -pre crsinst -upgrade -n all -rolling -src_crshome /u01/app/grid/product/11.2.0.2/grid_1 -dest_crshome /u01/app/grid/product/11.2.0.3/grid_1 -dest_version 11.2.0.3.0 -fixup -fixupdir /tmp/fixup -verbose

Having same problem when trying to install 11.2.0.3.

It is getting stuck here: /tmp/CVU_11.2.0.3.0_oracle/exectask.sh -getsttype /u02/oradata/asm/ocr_css1

Problem I am getting when testing install or upgrade on EMC. But Install / Upgrade worked successfully in EQALLOGIC.

SR is opened with Oracle. They are working.

If  any of you has faced this issue and has the solution, pls share with me.
