API to get list of applicable Modifier Lines?

Customer is on Oracle EBS R12.

Q: Is there an Advanced Pricing API that allows calling Pricing engine

        with input parameter: order line Id

        with output: List of Modifier Lines that qualify.

 

Background:

Customer is using Incentive Compensation (IC). Most of the time they let QP create accrual modifiers on the Order and these are then transferred to IC.

But for one country they only want to create the IC transactions at a very late point in the Order Flow (after invoicing; when the end-user is registering the car).

For this country, they want that the Retailer is presented with a list of applicable modifiers in the Car registration screen and then the retailer can deselect the modifiers he doesn’t want.
