Revaluation of fully reserved assets not generating correct Reval Reserve JE

After applying patch 7427746 as suggested by SR, to resolve issue of revaluation of fully reserved assets, we noted that the revaluation report shows correct revalued amt but after the Depreciation Run and Journal Entries Standard process, the journal entries do not show the entries for the Revaluation Reserve A/c. On the other hand for non fully reserved assets, the Reval Reserve journal entry is correctly shown.

The Reval Reserve Ac has been specified at Category level.

I have checked the FA AC Generator whose Process Name = Generate Default AC 

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
