PO_VENDOR_SITES_ALL returning the old phone number (Release - R12)

Hello,

The view PO_VENDOR_SITES_ALL was returning the old phone number, and not the phone number that was saved in table HZ_CONTACT_POINTS.

Could you confirm if the phone number changed in HZ_CONTACT_POINTS should or not be should reflected in PO_VENDOR_SITES_ALL?
