Accrual Fast Formula

 Hi Guys,
I have the following requirement

1. There is a 3 month probation period before the employee can apply for leave. But it will  accrue.  
2. In the first year of the employee service, annual leaves should be accrued on a pro-rate basis per month.( done by accrual Formula)
3. From the second year on-wards, the total annual leave balance is available from the start of the year.(No accrual for 2nd Year)

How to get task 1 and 3 through HRMS Fast Formula, can any body help?
