stand by upgrade from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3

I have oracle 11.2.0.2 I want to upgrade to 11.2.0.3
The patch dowloaded for 11.2.03 is a compelete verrsion not interim patch
the patch number is p10404530

Any one can help me?
