Database Upgrade to R8.2

Hi all,

Just upgraded P6 client to R8.2, and when I try and execute the dbsetup.bat file to upgrade the Database to match the current release, I get the error
"Could not create the Java Virtual Machine"

Has anyone experienced this? and does anyone know how to fix the JVM? I am running Java 6 Update 27 on recommendation from Oracle support, but its
been 24hrs now since they contacted me and im still awaiting a call back. They are so slow!!
