R12 SLA: Problem deriving account segment using Category accts in Inventory txn

 Requirement:

Need to create accounting for cycle count adjustment where natural acct is based on category accounts (Cost Management > Setup > Account Assignments > Define Category Accounts (INVSDCAS).

Inventory+Cost Management only and no WIP.

Have setup Journal Line Definition that is picked up OK by the Create Accounting Process

Line Assignments are

Journal Line Type > Segment = Rule Name

Inventory Valuation > All Segments = Cost Management Default Account

Cost Variance > All Segments = Cost Management Default Account

Offset > All Segments = Cost Management Default Account

Offset > Account = XXNLY Category derived account cycle count adjustment Account Segments

this one does not overwrite the default account from cost management.
