ORA-01678: parameter log_file_name_convert must be pairs of pattern and replacement strings

I have 6 node RAC environment

lrdna02apdbpr [ENTETP015]->  srvctl status database -d ENTETP01
Instance ENTETP011 is running on node lrdna026pdbpr
Instance ENTETP012 is running on node lrdna027pdbpr
Instance ENTETP013 is running on node lrdna028pdbpr
Instance ENTETP014 is running on node lrdna029pdbpr
Instance ENTETP015 is not running on node lrdna02apdbpr
Instance ENTETP016 is running on node lrdna02bpdbpr

but one instance it can't be start normally

lrdna02apdbpr [ENTETP015]-> srvctl start instance -d ENTETP01 -i ENTETP015
PRCR-1013 : Failed to start resource ora.entetp01.db
PRCR-1064 : Failed to start resource ora.entetp01.db on node lrdna02apdbpr
