Displaying Static Text as a Row Identifier (Label)

Hello,

  I have a combined analysis report where the data ( lead data ) is combined from seperate reports based on the timeframe when Lead was updated>

i.e., Report 1 - Leads updated during business hours (9-5), Report 2 - Leads updated after business hours ( 6-8), Report 3 - Leads updated during weekend.

I am trying to qualify the row based on the time the time stamps with static text ( example Report 1 would read "Business Hours", Report 2 "After hours" etc..)

Is it possible to do so ?
