Isupplier portal not showing consignment on hand qty, If it has on hand in more than 1 organization

We have this issue with Isupplier portal. It does not show on hand quantity (for consigned items) ,even though it has on hand balance available in other org.

Isupplier portal only shows the consigned on hand quantity ,not showing the regular on hand.

Please help me ,if any one knows about this case.
