End dated and disabled tax rates are migrated or not from 11i to R12?

 Hello,

End dated and disabled tax rates are migrated or not form 11i to R12. could you please confirm if the disabled tax rates are not going to be migrated from 11i to R12. Based on this information we want clean-up in 11i not used tax codes and tax rates before upgradation.
