Page Data is Inconsistent With Database

Hello,

Does anyone know what this error is caused by? It usually occurs when users are creating requisitions in ePro and click the save button. Once this error is received, you cannot save and work is lost. Clearing the cache normally corrects this issue but it seams to occur regularly. Has anyone ever experienced this issue and have suggestions on how to apply a permanent fix for this?
