How to restring SFTP?

good afternoon


I have an FTP with Solaris 10, which requires users can not run the rm command.

Anyone know of a method to restrict the use of commands for users who connect via FTP?
that the only thing they can do is desposit files but can not eliminate them.

hope can help me with this case.
