10g R2 - Standard Edition - Index Rebuild

Hello everyone


we have 10.2.0.4 Standard Edition database
Since we dont have access to any diagnostic or tuning tool, we were wondering if there is a way we can determine if any of the indices needs to be rebuilt by querying
the basic data dictionary views Can someone please give us pointers. We will greatly appreciate it
