Service request report by month

in CRM On Demand - Reports and Dashboards (MOSC)
Hi,

I am creating a report based on Service request object.

I added Product Family, Prodyuct Type, Date Opened, # Cases to the report.

Added filter on Date opened between 02/01/2011 to 01/31/2012 and Product type silicon. This reports display data in the preview analysis.

When I add Calender month or Fiscal month or Fiscal month/Yr, I get data for the year 2011. I am not seeing the SRs created in Jan, 2012.

I want to run this report and display data month/year wise.

When I  add Calender month and change the filter 'Date opened between 01/01/2012 to 01/31/2012 'and Product type silicon then I get below error.
