Cycle Count Adjustments not updating the RG registers with approved quantity

Hi...  I am aware that the registers get updated with quantities after the Physical Count and Cycle Count get approved.  But when I went to see the register, I could see that the quantity was showing as ‘0’ and not the corrected quantity.  Can you help in resolving this?
