Various Tax Code LOVs in AP and iExpense

I need to disable tax codes from view in the AP Invoice Workbench.  I have been successful in disabling tax codes for one regime (our Canada regime) from appearing the LOV for the field Tax Classification Code on the Invoice Lines tab when the line type = Item.  For this I unchecked the Enabled box in the ZX_INPUT_CLASSIFICATIONS lookup code.  This LOV has only a couple of fields in the pop-up window - Tax Class Code and Meaning.Now, I need to disable the same tax codes from the LOV for the Tax Classification Code field when the line type = Tax.  If I am entering a manual tax line and scroll to the Tax Classification Code field and invoke the LOV the list includes all tax codes, including those I do not want to appear.  This LOV has many more fields included in the pop-up window.  It has several more columns - Tax Class Code, Tax Rate, Tax Name, and so on.
