BIP Scheduler Table Information

Hi,

I would like to know some fod column names in the XMLP_SCHED_JOB table. can any one explain.

1. RUN_TYPE --> In that column R and O values are storing. can you please let me know what is ment by R and O.

2. How can we know when we schedule the Job and when its Running using table not UI level.
