Singal order line getting to change into two lines in receivables

 Dear Experts,

There is a requirement of client that user can change price of order at line level in the order entry form that has been done by me with the using of modifiers.

But when user importing these data to receivables through autoinvoice  then it is getting to change into two lines. 

One with the value of price list and second coming with the discounting value. But i want it will come by singal lines with total amount.
