ER 11852107 - ADD IAS & OC4J TARGETS TO THE PRIVILEGE PROPAGATING GROUP  

When editing/creating a Privilege/Propagating Group, the Oracle Application Server/O4CJ target type is available in the Search list, but no Application Server /OC4J targets are returned by the Search.
This ER was raised in order iAS and OC4J to be marked as privilege propagating targets in EM code. In this way, the targets with these types will be returned by the Search list.
