Solaris time changes when I migrate to another VM Server

When I migrate my Solaris Virtual Machine running on Oracle CM server 3.0.3 to the second cluster member there is a 1 hour difference in the system time.I need to restart ntp to get the right time.

Both Oracle VM Servers, the Oracle VM manager and the Solaris Virtual Machines use the same ntp time server.
