Compare Cost In FA_BOOKS

Does anyone have SQL that compares the cost of all assets in one book to the same assets in another book and displays those assets with a different cost?

We are looking to identify assets that are in our corporate book and federal tax book with different costs. The cost of the asset in the corporate book and the cost of the asset in the tax book should be displayed.
