Purchasing Catalogs

in terms of:

1) Can an item / supplier combination show the different prices at different times? I.E. show what the price changes in 2009, 2010 & 2011, so we can see the price evolution on Oracle.

2)  For each item, when enquiring on it, we only want to see the active suppliers.  For example Item 2163200, the following suppliers appear even though they are no longer active
