Account Field - Location - Default Value Expression

Can anyone assist in creating a default value expression? What I would like to setup for the Location field in Account is for the default value to be the Address fields (Address 1, City, State)

Will this work if I setup a default value expression? Or do I have to create a workflow to update field?
