upgrading 11i to R12.1.3 - HCM Impact, pre-upgrade, post upgrade and others

It was easy to find these documents for Financial and PO upgrade. unable to find any related to HCM (HRMS/PY).

where can i find the following as mentioned in subject for 11i to R12.1.3 upgrading. could not find any thing in upgrade cent and upgrade community forum.

1. What are the changes for HCM business flows while upgrading from 11i to R12.1.3?

2. what are the preparations for HCM upgrade?

3. all Pre-upgrade and post upgrade.

4. upgrade considerations?

5. does some of the standard functionalities fails to upgrade? any recomemdations?

6. New functionalities added in R12.1.3 that were not there in 11i.

We hope all the above can be found.
