Temporary files in folders apps/apps_st/appl/xdo/12.0.0/tmp/ and /apps/apps_st/comn/webapps/oacore/

I have the following case.

When my customer was analyzing the OEBS backups he found files of the following form:
/apps/apps_st/appl/xdo/12.0.0/tmp/xdo_082511_134223789_fo_data_1_imcqFXOqdu8268979040575353410.xml.

Please let me know how should we clean the contents of the following folders:
/apps/apps_st/appl/xdo/12.0.0/tmp/ and
/apps/apps_st/comn/webapps/oacore/html/fwk/t.

Just to remove them manually? My customer don't need them. That are not automatically removed?

Appreciate any hints.
