Journal Lines not displaying for some users in 9.1

 We are in the process of our 9.1 Upgrade.  We are experiencing the problem of some users (all of them could before)  view the journal lines of a journal and now some users

 can and others can not.   Not sure what changed in 9.1   I ran traces between the user that can and the one that can't and they were the same.   Any help would be GREATLY

appreciated.
