Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) - Do I need to buy FAH or it is free with Oracle EBS Upgrade?

Hi, we are upgrading 11i to R12.1.3. Part of this upgrade we have to change some external interfaces to make use of new R12 architecture. So, we thought we can use FAH to bring external subledger data in to GL.

Question:  Do I have to buy a separate license for FAH when I upgrade to R12.1.3 or it is free?

My plan is to define custom subledger for external subledger in FAH and make use of SLA.

Any help appreciated.
