So I'm trying to get Ops Center to send out alerts to my email and phone. I'm seeing the following error in the Server Notifications under the Enterprise Controller:
So I'm trying to get Ops Center to send out alerts to my email and phone. I'm seeing the following error in the Server Notifications under the Enterprise Controller:

I've checked our email gateway to see if it's even making it that far, and I haven't seen anything. I do see one suspicious icon in the upper right hand corner of the Ops Center site, which is the white globe with hover text of "Internet Disconnected". However the two icons to the right of it state: "Knowledge Base Service - Connected" and "Connected to My Oracle Support Services". As well as being able to ping out to various sites from the OS, to verify that the box does have internet connectivity.
