Dynamic Columns in Compensation Workbench do not always recalculate when employee allocations are en

R12.1.3  We have defined a plan that includes dynamic columns.  When a manager enters a worksheet allocation for an employee, the dynamic columns should recalculate.  Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.

Does anyone know of this issue?  Is there a profile setting that identifies the frequency of when the dynanic column recalculates or some other type of setting that may assist with this?

Also performance on the manager worksheet web page is slow when the manager enters the allocation and must wait until the page refreshes with the recalculated values for the other columns.  It takes several seconds before the allocation for the next employee can be entered.  Is this typical?  Again - is there some type of program or profile that would assist with performance and also the buggy behavior?
