Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Install Base and Asset Tracking - EBS (MOSC)

Warrenty not created after sales transcation.

We observed many times after shipment, warrenty items stuck in transcation error processing

with below error, and everytime we need to select and resubmit again.

May i know how to resolve this problem permenetely.

Transcation error processing - shows below error :

The Primary key for the Instance Party (3981636) provided is invalid or it already exists in the Installed Base Parties table.
