'Launch a SRS form' in Form Personalization

Hi,

I have made a form Personalization on 'Enter Quality Results' screen to launch a particular report (concurrent program with pdf output).

I have put concurrent program name under 'Launch a SRS form' personalization. While running personalization trigger is working correctly , but report is not running. Instead, message is coming that 'Function is not available in this responsibility. Try other responsibility or contact your system administrator'.

Tell me which function I have to add in that responsibility to run that concurrent program from form personalization. Also, I have added that particular program in request group attached to that responsibility.
