PN:Schedule day for billing frequency other than monthly

 Hi,
We're trying to set up a billing schedule in property manager based on the the last day of the quarter. For a monthly billing cycle the schedule day can be adjusted between 1 and 28, for a quarterly (or yearly) billing frequency however 28 is still the max value. 

We would very much like to work around this somehow. Any help will be appreciated.
