Tributary Substituition - Documentation

Hi Guys.

I'm new here and i'd like to know is anybody can help me.

I need to do a setup about tributary Substituition.

I live in Brazil and here each state has a rule to calculate a tax with Tributary Substituition - ST.

To state Named MT I have a and it's working correctly.

But, I need to change it and I haven't a document showing the way the EBS calculates it.

Does anybody has any document with these formulas?
