transferring of item instance from inventory to customers

Hi,

HOW CAN A ITEM INSTANCE (ACCOUNTING_CLASS_CODE = INV in csi_item_instances) BE TRANSFEERED TO CUSTOMER IN BULK (without using debrief transaction)?
In my project, there are several vehicles (serial numbers) which are to be transferred to customers (currently we have done receipt of those serial numbers and currently lying in inventory).

Or can serial numbers be directly make as customer item instance without receiving them in inventory?
Is there any bulk data load/API for these transactions?
