Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Are the rows in a pre-payroll dba calculation control file (F07901) processed BEFORE the associated calculation table?

I would sure appreciate some additional details on how dba table code processing works.
