Transfer Order from multiple business units

I have a new business unit (PTSAO) that is being replenish from two other business units (FMUSA and PTWW).  This is the first time we have multiple sources for replenishment.  The transfer order has a source BU of FMUSA on all records.  The demand records that are created from this order have the proper business unit of FMUSA or PTWW depending on where the inventory is coming from.  Our problem is that in ORDER RELEASE the user tries to release a specific order and it asks for source business unit.  Our PTWW user does not have access to FMUSA.  Did
