Creating unique survey responses
The implementation process is to send survey URL for the SR no as part of "CLOSED" status notification.What I noticed is that client user can click on the URL multiple times and submit a fresh survey response. This could end up creating multiple responses if a client user gets creative.
Is there a way to prevent user from submitting more than one response to a survey URL ?
Also, how to replace "RespondentXX" with actual ticket owner name in the Response.
