OSN: Authenticated ehub id

Hello,

In attempting to send outbound PO via OSN, the following error is being received.

"<Response><Status code="200" text="[XHUB-174] An invalid user name was specified in the message envelope (Control Number: 20120112.124806815.TEST.doc)[XhubException:Err:174:Authenticated ehub id does not match up with ehub id of declared sender company]"/></Response></cXML>"

I validated our sender Identity data was correct.  What is the "authenticated ehub id"? 

Any help would be appreciated!
