Update & Delete not working in Streams Oracle 11g environment. But the same was working in 10g

Update & Delete not working in Streams Oracle 11g & Linux 5  environment, I end up with "ORA-00936: missing expression" error. But the same was working in 10g Solaris. can anyone suggest
