One Time Address in Core Requisitions.

We could understand, the one time address can be carried forward from requisitions (that are created in iproc) to Purchase order using the note "(Pics) How To Setup The One Time Address For Printing On Purchase Orders? (Doc ID 889843.1)"
One time addresses are converted into a 'To Supplier' Attachment that is assigned to the requisition line level.

However, for the requisition that are created in the core application, the attachments that are attached in the line level - are transferred only to the PO line level and not to the PO shipment level (during autocreate).
Is it possible to achieve the one time address functionality for core requisitions?
