BI Publisher Prompts

Hi,

I have created one report with two prompts in the Standardalone BI Publisher 10g . One prompt is LOV and second one is Date prompt. when user selected the first prompt then he run the report in that time we need to get error message to say please select the Date prompt .... like that. Can you please let me know if this is possible.

we can set the predefault value of sysdate but we don't want any predefault value.
