EM12c Unable to locate an agent plug-in

I am beginning to prepare my EM11g system for an eventual upgrade to EM12c.
I have installed the Upgrade Console and have started using it. I have downloaded some of my Agents. Still waiting for the Windows agent. I have also downloaded my plug-ins. When I run the Missing Plug-in report, it states that I am missing the plug-in oracle.sysman.csa but I can not find it on the download page in OTN at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/oem/grid-control/downloads/oem-upgrade-console-502238.html

Anyone know if this is a show stopper and where can I find it, or when will it be released?
