Workflow Approval Notification is showing TIMEOUT in action history though approved

Hi,

Workflow Approval Notification is showing TIMEOUT in action column of action history after AP invoice approval In release 12.1.3 Oracle Applications.

It is showing Approve when you see the Invoice Approval History. Is this a bug or intended functionality?

Steps to reproduce:

Login to Payables Manager
Payables > Invoice Entry > create new invoice
Actions > Initiate Invoice
Oracle will send out WF notification
Wait until TIMEOUT
Oracle will send 2 reminder notification
Approve Invoice from WF Reminder notification
Oracle will send WF notification to next approver.
This notification displays prior approver Action as TIMEOUT though approved from reminder notification.

Your input would be highly appreciated.
