Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

Upgrade to 11.2.0.3 from 11.2.0.3 (DB & GRID)

Trying to plan an upgrade from 11.2.0.2   to  11.2.0.3 (DB & GRID)

After reading various documents, it looks like I have to do this following for each environment:

1)  upgrade opatch to minimum of 11.2.0.1.3 for all GRID and DB homes

2)  Apply 11.2.0.2.1  (aka PSU1) against all GRID and DB homes

3)  Apply one-off patch 12539000

     (required for all GRID;  recommended for DB also)

4)  Upgrade to 11.2.0.3

This seems like a lot of work.  Have I got this correct?
