List of Known Issues in tools release 9.1.0.1

Documented in KM article E1: RDA: Open Report Design Aid, Blank Screen in Design, No Sections are displayed [ID 634824.1]. The issue has been reported in Bug 13611290 CLIENT INSTALLER IS NOT REGISTERING FILES and will be fixed in future tools releases 9.1.0.2 and above.

SYMPTOMS
In tools release 9.1.0.1, with Windows-7 64-bit on fat client, users may run into one or more of the symptoms below:

1. Opening any existing report in Report Design Aid (RDA), a blank screen is displayed in the area where the section layout should display
2. The Processing Options screen is blank when trying to view the processing options
