How to create the delivery

Hi,

I am new to Shipping Module and I would like to know How I create one delivery for multiple orders.

For Ex: there are 4 Open sales orders for one customer with many number of lines in each SO.
 
 Customer Name: XYZ 
  SO   PART#  QTY   Onhand_Qty
  1    A001         10      2
  1    A002          5       0
  2    A004         20      10
  2    A005         10     10 
  3    A006          10      5
  3    A007          5        5
  4    A008          4        2
  4    A009          8        4 
I now want to create the delivery for the available Onhand Quantity and shipped the delivery.

I would Appreciate for your replies.
