Job Group and EEO Job Category
I have couple of queries.
One is What is the difference between Job group in the P08001(Job Entry and Evaluation) and the EEO Job Category in the P0801ORG.
Second is Where do we mention the probation period in the Employee Information Screen in JDE.When an employee is there in the system,how do we mention the probation period and once the confirmation is done how do we track in the system. When an employee is terminated we just mention the termination date and the reason in the Employee information screen,am I correct?
